The Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a range of cleaning equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and customer satisfaction.
This role combines technical expertise with excellent customer service to support our clients’ needs.Key Responsibilities
Diagnostics and Repairs: Inspect and diagnose issues with cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and vacuums.
Perform timely and accurate repairs, replacements, and adjustments.Preventative Maintenance:
Conduct routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.
Document maintenance schedules and completed tasks.Customer Support:
Provide technical guidance and usage recommendations to customers. Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues remotely when necessary.Inventory Management:
Monitor parts inventory and place orders for necessary components. Maintain organized and secure storage of tools and parts.Compliance and Safety:
Adhere to all safety standards and regulatory requirements during repairs and maintenance.
Keep workspaces clean, organized, and hazard-free.Record Keeping:
Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and parts usage.
Generate service reports and submit them promptly.Qualifications Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
Proven experience as a repair technician, preferably in cleaning equipment or related industries.Skills:
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams. Proficient in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.Attributes:
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
