The ideal candidate will have a love for working with young children, a strong understanding of early childhood development, and the ability to design and implement activities that support learning, creativity, and social-emotional growth.Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities.Create a warm, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.Foster social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in young learners.Promote positive behavior management strategies and conflict resolution.Collaborate with families to support each child’s individual growth and learning journey.Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and incidents.Ensure classroom materials and supplies are well-maintained and organised.Qualifications & Experience:NQF 5 or higher.3-5 years experience working with children aged 3-4 in a preschool or childcare setting.Knowledge of early childhood development and learning frameworks.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for teaching young children.CPR and First Aid certification.Job Type: Full-timePay: R10 000,00 – R14 000,00 per monthEducation:Diploma (Preferred)Experience:Teaching: 2 years (Required)Language:English (Required)License/Certification:First Aid (Required)Application Deadline: 2024/12/06Expected Start Date: 2025/01/06
