- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their fuel needs.
- Handle fuel pumps safely and efficiently, ensuring accurate fueling and payment processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both inside and outside the station.
- Assist customers with other needs, such as checking tire pressure, oil levels, or windshield cleaning.
- Ensure that safety protocols and company policies are strictly followed.
- Assist with stocking and maintaining fuel-related products (e.g., motor oils, air fresheners).
- Process transactions and handle cash or card payments accurately.
- Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
RequirementsQualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
