Job description: The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with potential customers, answering their inquiries, and providing them with the necessary information to make a purchase decision. The Outbound Sales Representative will also actively up-sell and cross-sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets.Responsibilities:
1. Provide information about products and services to potential customers, including pricing, features, and benefits.
2. Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell additional products or services.
3. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve customer experience and achieve sales objectives.
10. Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns, sales trends, and suggestions for improving sales processes.Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an inbound sales representative or in a similar customer service role.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
5. Skilled in active listening and problem-solving.
6. Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Expected salary: R4000 – 8000 per month
