Job description: Job Summary Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Drive sales by identifying and cultivating relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, corporate clients and other potential clients.
- Product Education: Educate healthcare professionals and clients about our innovative orthotic and prosthetic solutions, demonstrating how they can enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to develop effective sales strategies & identify new revenue possibilities
- Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams to coordinate sales efforts, optimize processes, and achieve business objectives
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Passion for helping others and improving quality of life
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Driven and a strong desire to grow sales
