Job description: Requirements:
- BED or PGCE
- Be SACE-registered.
- Have extensive subject knowledge and good teaching and assessment skills.
- Have experience with online teaching (advantageous when applying for the position).
- Computer literacy (essential): MS suite, Google Chrome.
- Multilingual is advantageous
Duties
- Teaching learners based on national curriculum guidelines within your specialist subject areas.
- Planning, preparing and delivering lessons.
- Encouraging learner participation in lessons and in other online school-related activities.
- Investigating, researching, suggesting, applying and advising on new trends, products and technologies relevant to the allocated phase(s) of education.
- Collaborating with parents/guardians, support workers, and other professionals to ensure the educational welfare of statemented students who may have educational needs.
- Manage the day-to-day tasks, i.e. e-mails and interaction/communication with all relevant stakeholders.

Expected salary: R18000 – 20000 per month
