Job description: A recnetly opened Night Club and restauerant seeks to employ a competent Night Club GM – DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE THE SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE LISTED and you are required to provide contactable references from your last two employers : –
- Degree in hotel/restaurant management is desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in a similiar environment
- Strong admin skills, Operations skills and Time management skills.
- The role involves overseeing all departments – So must have a high level working knowlege of Night Club Management
- Experienced on platforms such as Guest Revu and Trip Advisor.
- Exceptional Food & Beverage AND Banqueting knowledge.
- Strong understanding of Labour Law and Disciplinary procedures.
- A passion for training staff
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must agree to background and credit check.
- Shift work – 6 days a week
