Job description: Our client in the Stellenbosch area is looking for a Junior Sales Consultant to join their farm-based team. This role is perfect for a people person who is highly organized, eager to learn, and passionate about trees. The successful candidate will assist high-end clients in selecting trees, manage quotations and stock, and coordinate with internal teams. This position involves both office and outdoor work in a nursery environment. If you love building relationships, have strong listening skills, and align with values of honesty, loyalty, and authenticity, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Minimum requirements:
- Qualification: Grade 12 (Matric)
- Sales experience (preferably in a customer-facing role)
- Proficiency in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
- Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Outlook, Excel)
- Comfortable working in both an office and outdoor nursery environment
- Resides in the Stellenbosch area
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
