As the Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll lead our F&B operations with a commitment to excellence that enhances every guest’s experience. In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of food and beverage service, from crafting memorable dining experiences to managing staff performance and ensuring that our high standards of quality, presentation, and service are consistently met. Your day-to-day will involve working closely with our culinary and service teams, refining menus, managing budgets, and maintaining inventory to ensure smooth and profitable operations. You’ll focus on enhancing guest satisfaction, implementing innovative service ideas, and upholding our brand’s reputation for luxury and sophistication. With a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and strong leadership skills, you’ll be integral in creating extraordinary dining moments that guests will remember long after they leave. Responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. Ensuring efficient operation, and maintaining high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Manage the daily running of the F&B department. Ensuring that the Village N Life concepts, manuals, SOPs and logs are always kept current and that it is implemented. Managing and organising daily restaurant operations with a goal of controlling costs and providing a high-quality experience to customers.Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or Equivalent
- Accommodation Certificate/Hotel School diploma is advantageous.
- 3-7 years’ previous experience in the same or similar position in a 4/5-star hotel
- Familiar with all duties and procedures in the F&B Department
- MS Office (Word, Excel and Email) is essential
- Sound Opera experience
