Job description: Are you someone with a passion for marketing and skills and experience in an administration or support role? We are currently advertising for an energetic, attention focused individual to provide administrative assistance and support to our team.Main duties include:Undertake a range of administrative activities to support the team, including (but not limited to):Planning, preparation and implementation of internal and external communication pieces.Assisting in processing of invoicing and reviewing marketing related costs associated with corporate credit card activity (member gifts and merchandise etc)Manage the team’s mailboxAssist the Social Media Specialist with the community management of social media channels, including but not limited to, Facebook and Instagram.Assist the BDM and Customer Service Team in events from collateral organisation to conference and event set-up.Provide general assistance to the Office Administrator and other members of the Executive Team as required.Assist with campaigns that support member focus, organisational values and goals.This is a 12 month opportunity with an immediate commencement for the right person and an opportunity for a full-time role for the successful candidate who has proven themselves.Please note the salary is R 8,000.00 per month.You must have:High School certificate or equivalent
Microsoft Office
