Job description: Job Description :This training and education entity is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Education and Training Manager to lead their academic team and ensure excellence in curriculum delivery, regulatory compliance, and student support. The position is based in Lyttleton Pretoria/Centurion area.Key Responsibilities:· Provide strong academic leadership and oversee lecturers, facilitators, assessors, and moderators.· Ensure compliance with Umalusi, DHET, QCTO, and other regulatory bodies.· Develop and implement curriculum delivery strategies and learner support programs.· Oversee and monitor assessment processes (ICASS, PAT, ISAT, and WIL) as per DHET guidelines.· Manage student admissions, enrolment processes, and student support interventions.· Conduct regular classroom visits and teaching assessments to uphold academic standards.· Liaise with industry partners to facilitate work-integrated learning (WIL) opportunities for students.· Maintain and oversee the administration of the Coltech Student System (LMS).· Develop and implement staff performance indicators and continuous professional development initiatives.RequirementsQualifications and Skills:· Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, or a related field.· Minimum of 5 years of experience in an academic management role.· Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.· Knowledge of regulatory requirements for private colleges offering NC(V) qualifications in South Africa.· Proficiency in academic administration, student support strategies, and project management.· Experience with Coltech Student System or other LMS platforms; knowledge of CISCO is an added advantage.· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Expected salary: R25000 per month
