Job description: Distribution Manager – Montague GardensFull job descriptionDuties and Responsibilities: Develop, implement and refine systematic Dispatch SOPs Direct, guide and monitor the loading and Dispatch processes Continuously assess product delivery volumes against volumes per customer and optimise routingin line with delivery requirements and traffic patterns Direct, guide and support a customer centric approach at the delivery and contact interface Maintain a systematic register on all dispatch assets, values, usage and maintenance and controlrequirements Maintain regular engagement with staff at individual and group levelMinimum Requirements: Matric Qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (preferred). Must have a minimum of 4 years – experience in a dispatch role within the FMCG manufacturingindustry Experience in inventory management systems Experience in Pallet Management Systems (CHEP) Experience in handling customer disputes Good communicator both verbally and writtenJob Type: Full-timePay: R30 000 – R33 000 per monthEducation:High School (matric) (Preferred)Experience:Dispatch: 4 years (Required)Chep pallet management: 4 years (Required)
