Job description: Job Description :A well-known international beverage distributor working with wine brands is looking for Customer Success Assistant and Trainer. This is a full-time on-site role reporting to their African Customer Success Manager, the role involves account orders and account communication and creating training content and conducting in-person training. There will also be travel internationally involved.Task and Responsibilities:
- Create new online university courses and education content.
- Assist the CS Manager for communication campaigns and online university action rhythms.
- Assist account managers with any creation of new lists or amendments to existing lists.
- Assist sales and operation team for small projects and events.
- Travel to their different markets to visit clients and train their team.
- Onboard clients during in person meetings or via phone calls.
- Assist clients with regards to any Beverageintelligence queries for orders and access to the education coaches tools.
- Monitor the info email box and reply to learners and education coaches with regard to online university queries.
- Liaise with the development and support team to help solve any potential user problems.
RequirementsExperience in teaching, public speaking is a plus
Interpersonal skills, customer service, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and in different environments
Highly independent
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Previous experience in customer service roles
Knowledge of the beverage industry is a plus
University degree or diploma
Excellent English writing and speaking skills

Expected salary: R30000 – 35000 per month
