Job description: Our client is seeking two reliable and dedicated Control Room Operators to join their security team in Mossel Bay. As a Control Room Operator, you will play a crucial role in monitoring security systems, responding to incidents, and ensuring the safety and security of our clients. Ideal candidates will be flexible, have a strong attention to detail, and be available for shift work, including public holidays and the festive season.Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor security cameras, alarms, and systems.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and coordinate with on-site personnel.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of activities.
- Ensure communication is effective between the control room, security staff, and clients.
Requirements:
- Must reside in or near Mossel Bay.
- Availability for shift work, including nights, weekends, public holidays, and the festive season.
- Preferably have own transport.
- Prior experience in a control room or security role is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
