Job description: The successful candidate will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales and market data while supporting key account management initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, sales analytics, or market research, preferably within the FMCG sector.Key Responsibilities:
- Market Insights & Sales Analytics:
- Collect and consolidate customer sell-out data for business reports.
- Validate and analyze sales data to track business trends and brand performance.
- Monitor market and competitor movements, providing insights on market share dynamics.
- Business Administration:
- Coordinate KAM feedback on promotions, pricing, and customer contracts.
- Track and update promotional calendars, ensuring seamless execution.
- Support new product development by coordinating insights and feedback from the KAM team.
- Drive ranging and distribution across various customer channels.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or Data Analytics.
- Experience: 3-5 years in a business intelligence, sales analytics, or commercial role.
- Industry Exposure: FMCG experience preferred.
Technical & Soft Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.
