- More than 12 years experience in a similar role
- Water & Sanitation Experience
- Reservoir or water retaining structures experience
- Registration with ECSA
- Engineering Degree or Diploma
- Labour Intensive Construction NQF level 5 or 7
- Experience with Civil Designer, Civil 3D or AutoCAD
