This role focuses on crafting compelling and visually impactful layouts, including brochures, investor packs, and magazines. If you have a strong foundation in brand design and a keen eye for layout excellence, this is your opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign layouts for print and digital publications, including brochures, investor packs, e-books, magazines, and social media content.Develop and refine brand identity projects, ensuring a cohesive and impactful visual presence.Create and edit engaging animated and video content, enhancing the brand’s storytelling across platforms.Produce creative assets for social media, including Meta, optimising content for engagement and reach.Support marketing initiatives with compelling designs tailored to property-focused content.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop impactful marketing resources.Ensure all creative assets meet the highest standards of quality, layout precision, and visual appeal.Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually bring fresh ideas to the table.Qualifications and Experience3-8 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand and layout design.Proven experience in creating high-quality layouts for print and digital platforms, including brochures, investor packs, and magazines.Proficiency in Adobe Suite with advanced skills in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.Strong eye for detail, with a focus on creating visually engaging and user-friendly layouts.Experience with animation, video editing, and interactive media preferred.Demonstrated ability to create content that drives engagement and aligns with brand guidelines.Familiarity with the property sector and related marketing materials is advantageous.Access to a reliable laptop and high-speed internet.
Expected salary: R26000 per month
