Review contractual documents and project specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements
Assess and manage cost data related to facility condition evaluations
Perform quantity take-offs for developing accurate construction cost estimates and bills of quantities
Provide detailed reporting on construction costs and budget considerationsSkills & Experience:
2 years of experience at a quantity surveying firm
Strong problem-solving skills
Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Skilled in WinQs and DimX software
Valid driver’s license requiredQualification:
