Job description: Job Summary Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct building inspections and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
- Manage and oversee service and maintenance contractors.
- Handle tenant installations and ensure smooth operations.
- Implement and enforce housekeeping and safety principles.
- Work within budget controls and company policies.
- Provide administrative and financial reports related to property operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities / Operations Management.
- Grade 12 qualification (Technical background in Electrical, Mechanical, or Construction preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of Windows NT, Nicor.
- Strong understanding of lease conditions, statutory requirements, and cost control.
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
