Job description: Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of an honours degree in Management, Finance or Accounting
- An Assessor certificate (essential)
- Moderator certificate (an advantage)
- 2 to 3 years Lecturing/ Facilitation experience
- Experience in online learning and teaching
- Learning, teaching and assessment experience
- Project management experience
- Administration skills and excellent time management
- Excellent Microsoft computer skills
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Plan and present lectures and tutorials
- Prepare and implement at-risk interventions
- Maintain student records and related administrative tasks
- Maintain attendance records and LMS engagement reports
- Design assessment instruments
- Assess learning
- Manage projects
- Act in a supportive role to assist learners in completing the programme
