- Inspect work to ensure compliance with building codes, specifications, and safety regulations under supervision of the senior Foreman.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Maintain clear communication with the project manager, senior foreman, and other trades on site.
- Assist in planning and scheduling wet works activities to meet project deadlines.
QualificationsMatricSkills
- 5 Years experience as a Junior Wet Works Foreman.
- Experienced and competent from foundation phase to handing over to finishing team.
- Bulk Building.
- Experienced up to roof and plastering.
- Ability to read and understand drawings.
- MS Office.
