They leverage a GDPR-compliant and fully-opted-in database of consumers & hundreds of data points on each email to enable brands to supercharge their data strategies across acquisition and retention.Job Description:We seek an aspiring designer to support our client’s team in building email creatives, PowerPoint presentations, and assets for their owned and operated sites.As Design and Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for designing and coding HTML email creatives for clients and landing pages. To support these efforts, you will use tools such as BeePro and Elementor on WordPress.In addition, you will be responsible for providing support to the current Designer and Campaign Manager.This will include uploading HTML creatives to the system, quality-assuring them to ensure they render correctly within all major inboxes/devices and in Dark mode, previewing them to the client, and notifying scheduling when the campaign is approved.About You:
- You will have demonstrated you can design compelling email creatives that engage a user and entice them to click through to a website.
- You will understand what components are key to email creativity to meet marketing goals.
- You will be able to show how you can interpret and design for different brand values and customers.
- You will keep up to date with the latest design standards and understand how to work within the limitations of emails but utilise new tools and techniques.
- You will not be afraid of more administrative jobs, including uploading and previewing creatives to clients.
- You will be highly organised, understand deadlines, and be able to rapidly adapt to changing deadlines. Our client often has five or six brands requiring quick turnarounds in a single day.
- You will want to be part of a small team and be prepared for rapid change.
Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designing HTML email creatives for clients.
- Fixing rendering issues on client’s emails.
- Can utilise tools like Beeproo and Elementor and understand WordPress.
- Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proven ability to build landing pages and web forms.
- Knowledge of what can and can’t be done on email, e.g. email-friendly fonts.
- Ability to optimise website design.
- Keen eye to take commercial ideas and turn them into compelling PowerPoint presentations.
- Good client communication and can ensure client’s design goals are met.
- Contribute to a team culture of authenticity, transparency, client-centricity and active collaboration.
Your Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in email design.
- Experience in HTML coding for email.
- Portfolio of work on websites or email for consumer brands.
- Understanding of WordPress, Photoshop, illustrator and Beepro.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to learn new skills.
- Discipline, time management, self-motivation and resilience.
- Fluent in English.
