- Managing and reporting of all contract budgets to the Main Board
- Compiling of all budgets and cost reports
- Securing staff and resources to execute the works
- Handling all labour issues
- Managing Sub-Contractors
- Negotiating rates with suppliers
- Doing Claim submissions
- Securing new work/ Business Development
