Job description: Job Summary Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- BSc Construction Degree or similar
- Project Management qualification/certificate
- At least. 6 years’ experience in construction and building industry, in both retail & commercial sector.
- Ability to manage a team and chair meetings
- Based in Gauteng
- Professional registration preferred
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and execute comprehensive project roadmaps, encompassing the project’s boundaries, objectives, and expected outcomes
- Oversee and direct all stages of the construction lifecycle, encompassing material acquisition, subcontractor engagement, and task sequencing
- Track project advancement, and furnish consistent progress reports to all involved parties.
- Guarantee adherence to all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Address and mitigate any challenges or disagreements that may occur throughout the construction phase.
- Chair meetings
