Job description: We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee high-end residential projects in the Northern Suburbs and Paarl area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on delivering quality results within budget and on schedule.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to execution and completion.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in high-end residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Relevant degree or certification in construction management or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the specified work area.
