We are on the lookout for talented Residential Estate Carpenters to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience with building homes from the ground up and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Construct and install frameworks, including walls, floors, and roof trusses, for new residential builds. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate construction. Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials according to specifications. Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure timely and high-quality project completion. Qualifications: Extensive experience in carpentry for new residential constructions. Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment. Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
