Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus, but we know the holiday spirit matters most!)
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in C++ development (Santas elves dont work that quickly, but you do!)
Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles and design patterns
Experience with multi-threading, concurrency, and performance optimization (Santa’s sleigh doesnt wait for performance issues!)
Familiarity with modern C++ standards (C++11/14/17/20)
Proficiency in debugging, performance profiling, and memory managementkeeping everything running smooth like a winter wonderland
Experience working with Linux/Unix environments (especially if you’ve been coding by the North Pole!)
Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking to handle any tech challenge
