Are you an experienced Residential Building Foreman with a passion for upmarket housing projects? We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team and oversee the construction of luxury homes in a prestigious estate in Stellenbosch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and lead subcontractors, tradesmen, and labor teams.
- Ensure adherence to high-quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and report to management regularly.
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized worksite.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Residential Building Foreman on high-end housing projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport.
Expected salary: R35000 – 40000 per month
