Job description: CORPORATE SERVICES FACILITIES MANAGEMENTARTISAN: CONSTRUCTION (INTEGRATED FACILITIES MANAGEMENT MAINTENANCE)BASIC SALARY: R296 984 PER ANNUM REF NO: CS 192/24 MILNERTON DEPOTRequirements:
- Trade Tested Artisan within fields related to the building Civil Construction environment
- Three (3) years’ relevant experience in Facilities /Built Environment
- Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Computer literacy (MS Office & SAP)
- Valid driver’s Code 08/EB licence (PDP would be advantageous)
- Required to work in all weather conditions, outside normal working hours during emergencies and planned overtime
- Required to be on standby.
Key performance areas:
- Interpret and coordinate specific pre-work/site requirements
- Ensure installation and safety procedures and guidelines are complied with and tasks executed
- Coordinate maintenance activities and sequences associated with civil maintenance
- Enable the efficient execution and completion of tasks/activities
- Coordinate activities/sequences associated with troubleshooting, fault-finding, and the repairs thereof
- Ensure scheduled, planned and predictive maintenance cycles and work procedures are adhered too
- Effective communication of work instructions and procedures
- Complete internal transactional documentation (e.g. contract administration, time sheets, log sheets, job cards, progress and productivity reports).
