Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Profitability:
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and profitability across various product lines and services.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Actively seek and create opportunities within the market to expand the company’s reach and influence.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish, develop, and maintain robust relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and regularly engage customers through events and other forms of entertainment.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of inquiries, quotes, and tenders, providing superior customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Maintain a healthy prospect pipeline to ensure continuous growth in sales.

Reporting & Compliance:
- Complete all required reports on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring data is accurate and timely.
- Assist account personnel with the collection of outstanding and overdue payments.
- Ensure compliance with all reasonable instructions and company policies.
- Adhere to Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Control standards, as well as comply with the company’s SHEQ code of conduct and COVID protocols.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Efficiently handle administrative tasks such as loading rental orders on the ERP system, preparing quotations, and managing lease agreements.
Requirements:

Educational Background:
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required.

Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in mobile units or construction product knowledge.
- Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Experience in report writing and the use of ERP systems is mandatory.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings is a key requirement.
- In-depth understanding of sales and rentals within the construction industry.

- Proficiency in using the MS Office package is essential.
- Excellent sales and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build quick rapport with both customers and colleagues.
