MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSFarm Development
- Min Agricultural diploma and/or 4 years’ experience in ginger or vegetable farming
- Previous project management experience
- Proven Irrigation Management & Technical Installation experience (micro irrigation)
- Proven Chemical & Fertilizer application experience
- Computer literate essential (Excell)
- Excellent record keeping skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Maintenance and mechanically orientated
- Valid drivers license
- Valid Passport
Grower
- Degree/qualification in Horticulture, science, plant genetics or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in evaluating fruit trees and fruit
- A strong background in genetics is essential
- Ability to problem solve and conduct cause analysis
- Computer literate
- Strong record keeping skills
- Must be willing to travel
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid passport
