- Create and execute effective sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Keep up to date and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and their applications to effectively communicate benefits to our team and our customers.
- Oversee the sales budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Work closely with the Sales, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies and improve overall performance.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Chemistry or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with Construction Chemicals.
- Deep understanding of the construction chemicals market.
- A valid driver’s licence.
- Own vehicle.
- Computer literate in MS Word and Excel
