- National Certificate: Chemical Operations or related filed
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mixer Operator in a chemical environment with solvents
- Minimum 5 years experience with batch mixing and continuous mixing processes
- Knowledge of HAZOP and risk assessment principles
- Proven experience in mixing solvents and other chemical substances
- Knowledge of mixing equipment, processes, and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain mixing equipment to ensure efficient and safe production
- Monitor and control mixing processes to meet product specifications
- Conduct quality checks and report any deviations or issues
- Collaborate with production team to optimize production workflows and meet targets
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to company safety policies and procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve mixing equipment issues, escalating to maintenance team as needed
