Job Title: Sales Agent: Outbound Cold Calling for Finance Solutions

Job description: This a contract position with the possibility of transitioning to permanent full time, after 90 days of successful performance reviews. Candidates must be available to work from 10am to 6pm EST(New York City time) (4pm-Midnight ZAR) .Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Outbound telemarketing to small business owners
- Assessing and qualifying small business owners need for loans
- Working with small business owners to hand off owner calls to Senior Account Managers
- Collecting Applicating Package and following up with merchants for outstanding Package items.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be fluent in both written and conversational English
- Candidates must have outbound 2-3 years Cold Calling Sales experience.
Technical Requirements:
- Laptop or PC Operating System Windows 11 or higher with a 64bit processor and 8GB RAM (No tablets or cellular devices).
- Computer literate.
- Fibre connection with a minimum upload and download speed of 50mbps.
- Headset USB 2.0 connection
Expected salary: R15000 – 20000 per month
