Job description: Job Summary Regional Manager ETNA Financial Services Kwazulu-Natal Full-time, permanent position offered in a well-established, ethical, and innovative Micro Finance company. Starting date: 01st March 2025. High income prospects aligned with a prime salary package. Key attributes: • 5 – 10 years + work related experience in the Micro Finance Industry. • Grade 12. o Preference to candidates with: Certificate/Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF4). Excellent NCR understanding. • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office. • Accountable for achieving budgets in Sales and Collections. • Adherence to all Company Policies and relevant industry regulations. • Skilled in: o New Client Acquisition. o Client Relationships. o Client Retention. o Managing multiple areas simultaneously. o Expansion of existing market areas. o Identifying and establishing new market areas. o Characteristics of an “Operator Mindset.” • Own vehicle. • English & Zulu literate. • Clear credit record/criminal record.
