Job description: Responsible for the full payroll function of a staff complement of +- 300people.Process new employees and terminationsLoad/ terminate all employees on the MIBCO online returns and process any commission/job title changes to correspond with SAGE 300 PeopleLoad & process all leave applications – only for those branches not on the ESS leave systemCalculate Leave Pay Outs upon terminationsManage accumulated leave days for each employeeChange/Update banking detailsProcessing of Tax Numbers & Tax DirectivesLoad/ Import all earnings: (Commission, Allowances, Incentives, Bonuses, and Increases Etc.)Load/Import all deductions: (Advances, Loans, Perks Tax, Medical aids, Pens/Provident Funds, Standard Bank Home Loans Etc.)Liaise with Medical Aids, Pension/Provident FundsCheck Tax Validation reports before confirming pay runProcess all Billings and ensure all reports reach Financial Managers on timeAssist auditors with required informationResponsible for pay queries and feedback to Financial Managers/ AccountantsExperience with Sage 300 people system (essential)3+ years experience as a payroll administrator/officerComputer Literacy (Microsoft Office)Must Have Advanced Experience in HR administration support.Experience in payroll processing, with a strong understanding of payroll operations.
Expected salary: R20000 – 25000 per month
