Key attributes: • 2 years + work related experience in the Micro Finance Industry. • Grade 12. o Preference to candidates with: Certificate/Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service. • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office. • Accountable for achieving budgets in Sales and Collections. • Adherence to all Company Policies and relevant industry regulations. • Skilled in: o New Client Acquisition. o Client Relationships. o Client Retention. • English & Xhosa literate. • Clear credit record/criminal record.
