- Increase operational efficiency by suggesting cost-effective solutions.
- Provide exceptional service through innovative and proactive solutions.
- Cultivate relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
- Produce program specifications and resolve queries effectively.
- Code, compile, test, and implement applications within SDLC guidelines.
- Meet governance standards and comply with legislative and audit requirements.
- Assess and mitigate potential risks in programming environments.
- Design, code, test, and debug robust solutions.
- Identify issues to minimize downtime and ensure system performance.
- Conduct performance analysis to prevent system failure.
- Maintain maximum system availability and perform root cause analysis.
- Develop technical skills and engage with business units to implement IT solutions.
- Supervise other developers and provide technical assistance.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of Java development experience.
- Strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development.
- Advanced SQL skills, especially on MSSQL.
- Experience with technologies such as SOA, Microservices, Docker, Angular, NodeJS, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Familiarity with workflow tools like TIBCO AMX/Camunda is a plus.
- Experience with rules engines like Drools is an advantage.
- Minimum of a related degree (B.Comm, B.Eng, BSC Eng, BSC Informatics).
- 10+ years’ experience in programming.
