As a Financial Business Partner (FBP), you will be a key contributor to the finance team, bridging the gap between financial insights and strategic decision-making. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with various business units, providing expert financial guidance and driving performance across the organization.Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting & forecasting (B+F)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, modeling)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Qualifications:
- BCom degree
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide insightful financial analysis to drive decision-making
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial targets are met
- Analyze trends, variances, and opportunities for cost-saving or revenue enhancement
