Education and Experience:
- A BCom degree in Accounting or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of experience in a finance administrative role.
Key Duties and Skills:
The Finance Admin Clerk will play a crucial role in supporting financial operations, and your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Forex and Treasury Management: Handling foreign exchange transactions and management of the treasury operations.
- Balance Sheet Management: Ensuring that the balance sheets are accurate, reconciled regularly, and any discrepancies are corrected.
- Bank Payments: Processing and verifying all bank payments while maintaining meticulous records of transactions.
- Disbursements: Managing and documenting funds disbursement activities.
- Invoicing: Preparing, reviewing, and distributing invoices in a timely manner.
- Reconciliations of Accounts: Regularly reconciling general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Salary and Benefits:
- Expected annual remuneration: R250,000 – R300,000.
