Responsibilities
As a Depot Administrator, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities. These are designed not only to ensure the efficient operation of the depot but also to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction both internally and externally. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Providing Excellent Customer Service: Delivering exceptional service to both internal team members and external clients is paramount. You’ll be the go-to person for inquiries, ensuring that all communications are handled with professionalism and efficiency.

Data Entry: Accurate capturing and management of data is critical. You will be responsible for entering various types of information into company databases and systems, ensuring its accuracy and accessibility.

Banking and General Office Duties: Handling banking tasks alongside other general administrative duties will form part of your routine to support office functions effectively.

Stock Receipting & Stock Control: You will oversee the processes of receiving stock and maintaining proper control procedures to ensure that inventory data is accurate and up-to-date.

Handling Account and Customer Enquiries: Address queries related to accounts and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring clarity and resolution for all stakeholders.
- General Administration Duties: Various other administrative responsibilities will round out your role, keeping the office environment organized and operating smoothly.
