Job description: Job Summary What We’re Looking For:
Admitted Conveyancer with 2-3 years of experience in a law firm.
Experience handling Estate Transfers, Normal Transfers, Standard Bank & Nedbank Bonds.
Proficiency in GhostConvey (LexisConvey), Stordoc, E4, and online signing platforms.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions.
Previous experience on Legalsuite (advantageous).
Fluent in English & Afrikaans.Key Responsibilities:
Managing estate transfers, normal transfers, and bond registrations efficiently.
Drafting and reviewing conveyancing documents with precision.
Liaising with banks, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
Working effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
