Job description: Our client is seeking an experienced and sussed Cashbook Controller to join their dynamic finance team.Requirements:
- Matric essential.
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting or related qualification.
- Excellent understanding of Sage 300 ERP Accounting system
Responsibilities:
- Download and send out bank statements.
- Maintain and reference Excel version of bank statements.
- Prepare and analyse daily cash flow statement.
- Carry out daily banking function.
- Liaise with banking institutions.
- Accurately process cashbook transactions in Sage 300 ERP.
- Prepare weekly reconciliation of bank statements to Sage 300 ERP cashbook.
- Extract and analyse cashbook data.
- Maintain and reconcile petty cash for all regions monthly.
- Process petty cash journals on Sage 300 ERP.
