In this role, you will primarily engage with warm leads, clients who have made inbound inquiries or who have been in contact with us previously but did not proceed. You will need to have a clear English accent and communication skills.You will be responsible for handling smaller deals on your own while passing larger deals to one of our UK-based teams. This position requires someone confident, comfortable with hitting the phones, and capable of driving deals to closure.Great growth and earning potential.Key Responsibilities
- Engage with warm leads via phone and email, following up on previous inquiries and re-engaging past clients
- Confidently manage and close smaller deals independently
- Hand over larger deals to the UK-based sales team for further development
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the UK team to ensure seamless client handovers
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales department
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-5 years experience in commercial finance/ Fintech company
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Confident, with excellent communication skills and phone presence
- Comfortable with making a high volume of outbound calls
- Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize follow-ups effectively
- A team player who works well with both local and international colleagues
- Sales-driven with a proactive attitude
Expected salary: R21000 – 25000 per month
