- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with international financial standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability.
- Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to provide accurate and timely financial insights to senior management.
- Coordinate and oversee import and export financial activities, ensuring efficient and compliant transactions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and drive financial performance.
- Liaise with international stakeholders and adapt to the unique requirements of a Japanese corporate environment.
Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- BCom Accountant Science
- BCom Honours / CTA
- CA(SA)
Experience:
- Completed SAICA Articles
- 6/8 years post experience in a financial management role within a multinational organisation.
- Extensive knowledge of import and export financial operations.
- Strong understanding of international financial standards and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a demanding and culturally diverse environment.
