Job Title: Finance Admin (Logistics)

Job description: Job Summary Our client is currently seeking a Finance/Logistics Admin to join their small team in Cape Town CBD permanently.Duties:
- Finance: reconcile account payments, issue debtors statements, AR aging reports, issuing invoices, banks account reconciliations, handling queries, etc.
- Manage SAP admin tasks
- Assist with credit limit checks
- Assisting with financial reporting
- Provide audit documentation
- Logistics coordination: record and reconcile daily stock, coordinate truck bookings, oversee transport schedules, manage packaging materials, PO’s, arranging bagging schedules, etc.
- Ability to handle ad hoc admin tasks
Desired Skills:
- BCom/ Diploma in Finance/ Admin/ Supply chain
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Excel Proficiency: Use of spreadsheets for data analysis.
- Initiative: Proactive and takes ownership of tasks.
- Accuracy: Meticulous attention to detail.
- Logistics/ distribution/ freight/ agriculture industry experience would be advantageous
- SAP Bi and CRM Knowledge
