Job description: Permanent work at home opportunity. This is an online software support role so only persons with IT support backgrounds need to apply. An online software solutions company is currently seeking candidates with strong IT support backgrounds to support their clients remotely. The role includes 1st line support for their online clients via telephone, email, or an online support forum. Must be able to resolve 1st line support issues and escalate in a timely manner to 2nd or 3rd line support if necessary.Must be able to maintain high standards according to the company SLA’s, policies, and procedures and follow up and report back to clients. Full training will be given to the successful candidates.Requirements:
Must be able to work from home on a full-time basis, school hour shifts are available. Successful applicants are required to attend full-time training as well as future support sessions and team meetings. To be considered for this unique opportunity
Previous customer service and support experience in an IT Support role are essential.
Strong resilience to manage complaints resolutions and overcome customer objections
Have excellent communication skills with a warm, professional and engaging telephone manner. Great time management skills and experience working towards deadlines, targets, and SLA’s. Be self-driven but also confident to ask for support when required.Technical requirements:
Have a phone landline
Have a high speed and reliable internet connection
Have a quiet work environment, access to a home office
IT Support qualification in Software support or development
