Job description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin and Finance Officer for a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will manage general administrative tasks and support financial processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Responsibilities:
- Handle office administration, including filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
- Process invoices, receipts, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Support budgeting and financial reporting.
- Assist with expense claims, and financial reconciliations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative and financial roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Proficiency in Zoho Books and CRM will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of financial principles and bookkeeping.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
