Responsibilities:
- Driving turnover to make certain the success of targets
- Controlling expenses
- Managing inventory losses to make certain shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
- People management, together with recruitment, improvement of staff, worker relations, overall performance management
- Executing in-store merchandising method and standards
- Ensure purchaser delight by means of executing our purchaser provider approach and enjoyable the needs of our customers
Qualifications & Experience:
- A Matric certificate.
- Minimum three years retail ride with a minimal of 1 yr keep management experience.
