The company is seeking a Sales Admin Assistant who will report to the National Key Account Manager.REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel (pivot tables are key to understand).
- Clerical skills.
- FMCG experience advantageous.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication in English.
RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Sales reporting
-Compile & analyse sales reports for key accounts and track performance metrics & trends.2. Collaboration with merchandising teams
-Daily/weekly follow ups with the merchandising teams based on sales data pulled.3. Promotion management
-Verify promotions are in place and live on agreed-upon dates, work with merchandising teams to ensure visibility etc.
-Collating reports and presentations of sales performance for each account & category for KAM to present in meetings.4. Day to day admin
-Filing, follow-up mails, trading term tracking etc.
Expected salary: R10000 – 13000 per month
